By declaring that the Canvas 2 can now be updated to Android Jelly Bean, Micromax may have diverted owners’ attention away from the hoopla engulfing the smartphone’s affordable quad core successor, for a while. The device which had been pre-loaded with Ice Cream Sandwich during its launch, has received this update over four months after it struck stores.As pleasant as it sounds, this offering for the device too comes with a catch. What seems to be the case is that this particular Jelly Bean update lacks the potential of being an over the air upgrade.
